Not interested in private equity, The Big Biscuit answers only to its Guests—not a board of directors. The team can make changes quickly without being bogged down with corporate bureaucracy or having to worry about shareholders- a distinct advantage in a rapidly changing market.

Like the ownership, The Big Biscuit corporate team comprises restaurant industry experts. Our operations, technology, marketing, public relations, and finance leaders have extensive knowledge of restaurants, food and beverage, hospitality, and The Big Biscuit.

Chad Offerdahl, President and Co-CEO, has been instrumental in building the brand’s footprint since 2010. In addition to leading operations through various titles, Chad spearheaded The Big Biscuit franchise system, which launched in 2018 with an 11-unit area development agreement. Company culture, including breaking down departmental silos, establishing strong systems to scale, developing and empowering company leaders, and defining the brand’s vision, are key ingredients to Chad’s recipe for The Big Biscuit’s continued success.
