Not interested in private equity, The Big Biscuit answers only to its Guests—not a board of directors. In addition to leading operations through various titles, Chad spearheaded The Big Biscuit franchise system, which launched in 2019 with an 11-unit area development agreement. Company culture, including breaking down departmental silos, establishing strong systems to scale, developing and empowering company leaders, and defining the brand’s vision, are key ingredients to Chad’s recipe for The Big Biscuit’s continued success.
