Marketing & pUBLIC rELATIONS
The Big Biscuits internal marketing team oversees the company website, brand wide and local public relations strategies, graphic design, copywriting, social media, email marketing, ad buying, guest perceptions/reviews, professional networking channels, field marketing, competitive analysis, and growth strategies.
Franchises may also work with a local agency with whom the headquarters marketing team may be in direct contact.
OPERATIONS & tRAINING
The Big Biscuits internal operations team, establishes and maintains brand-wide food and sanitation standards, performs regular restaurant consulting visits, develops roll-out guidelines to ensure clear communications to stakeholders, evaluates and shares data for business insights and the tools needed from an operational standpoint.
TECHNOLOGY & dATA mANAGEMENT
The Big Biscuit Technology team optimizes the robust tech stack, including internal checklist programs, point of sale systems, food cost management platforms, restaurant audio, and digital partnerships, including waitlists, floorplans and electronic gift cards.
pURCHASING & sUPPLIER rELATIONS
With in-house supply chain management, the headquarters team maintains top supplier relationships, manages fluctuating costs, monitors product quality, communicates substitutions, manages distribution, and engages in market research, product development, and more.
rEAL ESTATE & CONSTRUCTION
Our franchise team has negotiated dozens of real estate deals. We have the knowledge, expertise, and over 20 years of data to show when and where the business models have thrived.
