• Interest in franchising a minimum of three locations

• Estimated net worth of at least $5 million and $500k+ liquidity per location developed

One aspect that distinguishes The Big Biscuit from other franchises is the first-in-class support we provide our franchisees before, during, and after the opening of their restaurants. Whether you prefer regular communication or want to receive the necessary tools and have more space between meetings, we work with your management style. 

Additionally, quarterly consulting visits are conducted at all locations to ensure the standards are being met consistently across the brand.

Each area development agreement will define a protected development territory for the operation of three or more Big Biscuit restaurants.

Our franchisees will learn what it takes to open and operate a Big Biscuit restaurant using our proven resources, including our Brand Operations Manual, Design Criteria Manual, highly developed intranet system, and extensive hands-on/in-person training program.  

Our operations team spends an average of 8-12 weeks on focused onsite training with franchisees’ operations teams to prepare them for a grand opening. From then on, our franchisees can expect quarterly consulting visits to help identify blind spots and ensure best practices are being used. 

All franchisees will be onboarded into The Big Biscuits’ robust tech stack, which includes digital cost control management systems, real-time waitlist data insights, digital and floorplans, food sanitation and safety management systems, and more.

Before a restaurant location is approved to open the franchisees must meet all aspects of the Design Criteria Manual. The corporate team will  review the onsite team’s readiness to ensure quality Guest experiences from the beginning. Press releases leading to the opening may include the signing of area development agreements, hiring announcements, grand opening distributions, and media pitches to support the grand opening announcement. Digital needs, such as web page establishment, search engine optimization, social media posting, local email marketing, Meta boosting and advertising, and influencer outreach, come directly from the headquarters marketing team.  

Though franchisees are not obligated to join local chambers, a ribbon cutting and chamber membership are recommended for the first year of each location.
