We’re thrilled to congratulate our president and co-CEO, Chad Offerdahl, on being named to FSR Magazine’s 40 Under 40 — an award designed to spotlight the next generation of leaders making cultural impacts, pushing boundaries, and challenging industry norms.
This recognition is a reflection of Chad’s empathy-driven leadership and his ability to integrate people, culture, and systems in a way that allows both individuals and teams to thrive.
In the highly competitive breakfast segment, The Big Biscuit has carved out a place of its own — known for speed, simplicity, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Since its founding in 2000, the brand has expanded to 29 locations across four states, pairing hearty comfort food with efficient operations and genuine hospitality.
Leading that charge is Chad, who — alongside his father David — acquired the brand in 2010 after first experiencing it as a guest. Under his leadership, The Big Biscuit has grown with intention, balancing scale with consistency. The results speak for themselves: average wait times of just six minutes and table turns of 35 minutes, all while staying true to the spirit of hometown hospitality.
Please join us in congratulating Chad on this well-deserved honor!
